Listing & Approval

• All car listings may undergo a review process. CarMelaJunction reserves the right to approve or reject listings.
• Images become visible to buyers only after approval; other listing details appear immediately after the ad goes live.

Dealer Limitations

• Free listings are valid for 15 days only per individual dealer.
• Continuing to sell after 15 days requires upgrading to a paid plan.
• Dealers certify that all information provided is true and accurate.

Responsibility

• Dealers are solely responsible for documentation verification and sale completion.
• Any disputes arising from buyer-dealer transactions are not the responsibility of CarMelaJunction.

Features

• Premium Paid Plan listings receive up to 5× more visibility.
• Buyer details are shared with dealers via WhatsApp and are also displayed on the dashboard.

Listing Restrictions

• Listings are visible only in the dealer's primary city, which cannot be changed after submission.
• Once the vehicle's Make and Model are entered, they cannot be edited later.

General Conditions

• Listing success depends on quality: images, accurate details, make/model popularity, price, and vehicle condition.
• CarMelaJunction does not guarantee sales but will make best efforts to attract views.

Eligibility

• Free plans are open only for dealers. Brokers and traders are not eligible.

Legal & Conduct

• CarMelaJunction reserves the right to modify terms at any time.
• By listing, users authorize calls or WhatsApp messages regarding their ad.
• Any dispute shall be subject to courts in Surat.
• Abuse or misuse of the site may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
